Training is vitally important in the areas of food service, food
processing, catering, hospitality, aged care, and child-care. Food
safety training doesn't end once the company has its certification.

There is no substitute for the quality
training of staff. It is so critical that every person in the food
industry meets today's food safety standards as we are called upon to show
a duty of care. It remains the primary responsibility of all food

HACCP TEC's programs offer training
for every level of your organisational needs. HACCP TEC
is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) offering Statements of
Attainment recognised by the National Training Authority.
In September 2004, changes to the Food Act
1981 will be tabled, requiring every food business to have a Food Safety
Supervisor as part of their permanent staff. HACCP TEC
offers you the opportunity of a three-day intensive course, providing the
necessary training with a Nationally Recognised Certificate for this
role. The Food Safety Supervisor's Course can be taken either in
Food Processing or in Hospitality, and will be delivered face-to-face at a
